These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by PA PowerShopper, LLC ("PA PowerShopper," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
PA PowerShopper provides a subscription-based electricity shopping and management service for residential electric service locations located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our service evaluates retail electricity supplier offers, selects suppliers, and enrolls customers in electricity supply plans designed to reduce overall electricity costs.

• Selecting suppliers based on pricing and savings opportunities
• Enrolling and switching suppliers on your behalf
• Managing supplier account setup and transitions
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enroll a service location in electricity supply services. Customers may reside outside Pennsylvania; however, the service location must be a residential address within Pennsylvania.
3. Limited Agency Authorization
By subscribing, you expressly authorize PA PowerShopper to act as your limited agent for the purpose of selecting, enrolling, and managing retail electricity supply services for your designated Pennsylvania service address.
• Enroll your service location with retail electricity suppliers
• Switch suppliers when beneficial
• Communicate with suppliers regarding your account
• Create and manage supplier accounts on your behalf when required
You acknowledge and agree that PA PowerShopper may use its own email address or administrative credentials when necessary to establish or manage supplier accounts for operational purposes.
4. Savings Guarantee
PA PowerShopper guarantees that the service is designed to save customers money on their electricity supply costs over time. Savings may vary based on market conditions, utility rate changes, usage patterns, and supplier pricing. Temporary periods without savings do not constitute a breach of this agreement.
5. Independence from Energy Suppliers
PA PowerShopper is an independent service and does not receive commissions from retail electricity suppliers. We are not a retail electricity supplier and do not generate, transmit, or distribute electricity.
• We are not affiliated with your utility company
• We are not a broker for any specific supplier
• All electricity supply contracts are between you and the third-party supplier
6. Subscription and Billing
The service is offered as a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. A separate subscription is required for each electric meter enrolled in the service.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle
• Charges are billed in U.S. Dollars
• You authorize automatic recurring billing to your payment method on file
If payment fails or is declined, your service may be suspended or terminated without notice.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the membership portal. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund prior subscription fees.
8. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed, as the service begins immediately upon enrollment and includes ongoing monitoring and supplier management activities.
9. Utility and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate service location and utility account information and authorize PA PowerShopper to use such information to enroll and manage electricity supply services. You may also authorize retrieval of electricity usage data in the future if necessary to optimize supplier selection.
10. Third-Party Providers
Electricity supply is provided by independent third-party retail electricity suppliers. PA PowerShopper is not a party to the electricity supply contract and is not responsible for supplier performance, billing errors, service interruptions, or contract terms imposed by suppliers.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at our discretion, including but not limited to:
• Non-payment or failed billing
• Fraudulent or inaccurate account information
• Violation of these Terms
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.
• You waive the right to a jury trial
• You waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
